Big Girl!

Someone thinks she is pretty big stuff right now, she carried her baby swing all the way into the living room so she could show us what she was doing, then she just had to wear Gma's shoes. She continually has one or more of her babies and feels the need to bring Momma Jaxon's paci or blanket whenever he is more than 6 inches away from it - she thinks he ALWAYS needs it! She wants to be a helper and is very proud that she is a big girl, but all this excitment has been causing a little jealousy and misbehaving.

A quick story to look back on later... Daddy was holding Jaxon, Kinley thought she should take the paci out of his mouth, Daddy says no and threatens to spank Kinley if she touches it again, Kinley throws a fit and smacks Jaxon in the head. The grand finale... Kinley gets smacked from all sides, Momma, Daddy, and I think Jaxon was ready to smack her back! :) She then had to tell Jaxon she was sorry and all was well again with the big sis!

Play Date - Not Babies Anymore!

We haven't posted any playdate pictures in a long time. It is crazy how we used to have "play dates" more for the mommas to get out and hang out while the babies just laid or sat on the floor. Now it is a full production just to stop the kids from playing to get everyone sat down to have lunch, not to mention now there are two newborns (Lily and Jake) and 4 babies on the way, who's Mommas were at the play date (Jaxon, Baby Proctor, Baby Alarid, and Baby Hemphill)!

BIG BELLY!!!

Today when Daddy got home from work Kinley was sporting her jacket, like in the above picture. Daddy said, "Kinley, what girl keeps her shirt up letting her big belly hang out?" Kinley responded without hesistation and very loudly... "MOMMY!!!" --- What was Daddy teaching Kinley while Momma was at the retreat this weekend?

The difference is Momma's big belly is about to go away soon, we don't know about K's big belly!

Ms. Jennifer Comes to Visit!

Jennifer Poland (Zezas) came to visit this past weekend. Something funny about her visit is the fact that last time she was here (almost exactly 2 years ago) Momma was pregnant with Kinley and didn't even know it yet. Kinley's 1st "trip" was to Ms. Jennifer and Mr. Mike's wedding when she was 9 days old! Needless to say, Kinley has changed a bit in the past year and a half since Ms. Jen has seen her!

Kinley really wished she could "play" in Daddy's basketball games, rather than just having to watch!

Kinley (and Momma) are so excited about Kinley's new play area in the backyard that Daddy built for her! It is already getting warm down here and the perfect time to be outside playing. Daddy spent is entire Saturday finishing the project and it looks WONDERFUL! Kinley is so happy her Daddy made it for her and can't wait for Jaxon to get here so she has a buddy on the teeter-totter! :)

Kinley and Baby Jake!

At first we were a little scared at Kinley's reaction to baby Jake! She was very jealous and didn't want anything to do with him or with Ms. Amanda and Mr. Jeremy! She would even act out when they brought the new baby over. This especially worried us, because we wondered how she would act when her little brother was born. Now that he is one month old (can you believe it?) she is finally wanting to be sweet to him and has accepted Ms. Amanda and Mr. Jeremy back in her house! :) These are a few cute pics of her wanting to sit by "Dake"!

Momma's Hat!

Kinley loves to go outside in Momma's hat! Daddy bought her a pink NY Yankees hat, but we think she still loves Momma's hat the most!
