Last week in the car...
Jax: Cows, look Tinley, cows!
Kinley: Jax, those aren't cows, they are reindeer, see they have horn things.
Momma: Actually, those are bulls - Daddy cows. Daddy cows have horns and are called bulls.
Jax: Yes, Bulls, Yes...
Kinley: Well, then what are Momma cows called?
Momma: Momma cows are cows, and baby cows are calves.
Kinley: Well, I take good care of my Baby Emily, I'm a good mom, so I'm a cow then. Jax, do you want to be the bull? You have to get horns!

3 Year STATS!
Weight: 35 lbs(73%)
Height: 39 in (71%)
Kinley's check up was a little late, as she turned 3 in October and it is now February, but Momma decided to just take J and K in at the same time and be on that schedule now that they will each only be going for well checks once a year.
Kinley checked out just perfectly, and we wouldn't expect any less! :)
Right now she is into everything "princess" - being a princess, dressing like a princess, wearing Disney princess pjs, wanting to play with anything princess. Playing pretend is always hight on Kinley's list of activities these days. She loves to play house and sometimes begs Jaxon to be her baby so she can give him a bottle and a doll paci! :) Decorating the outside playhouse, pretending the playhouse is a McDonald's or a bake shop, telling me she will "doctor me" with her med kit. Her favorite toys include her baby dolls (specifically Baby Emily), and all their equipment, puzzles, crafts, her giant doll house, and her princess chapter book.
She is loving her gymnastics class and does a great job and it also becoming momma's perfect little shopping tag along! It is bittersweet to think she will be starting preschool in the Fall!
"Kinley Lynnley", Momma and Daddy love you so much and are proud of our BIG 3 Year old!

Not Quite Ready Yet...
Today...
Daddy: You are in trouble, you have to stay in here until I tell you (Kinley in timeout)
Kinley: Waaaa (Fake crying, whining, etc...)
Daddy: (Goes back in after a couple mins) Are you gonna be nice now?
Kinley: Ummm, no
Daddy: Ok, you can sit in here a few more minutes
Kinley: Waaa (more fake crying)
Daddy: (back to get her again) Are you ready to be nice now?
Kinley: I don't think I'm quite ready to be nice yet...
Aren't her parents lucky that she DECIDES when she is ready to be nice...
She did decide the next time that she was indeed, READY to be nice and get out of time out!
